"If I could give a -1,000,000 stars I would I come into this office because Megan said that they can give me a $98 a month insurance policy this started about 10 months ago 10 months later, I am paying $288 for one vehicle. I also have great credit. Megan then said if you get off The policy with this person that you’re on with your payment will lower because your tickets together created it to be higher it will go down to $127 But if I stayed on the plan with this person, it would be $282 a month So we Started that process in march or April To get the accounts separated After I received my new bill, Brandon tells me that I am supposed to be paying $282 a month I’m shocked If I was on the policy with the person I had the policy with in the first place i would only be paying $127 a month Wait a minute you’re telling me that megan told me backwards Megan will not admit to her mistakes I called multiple times and asked her if I needed to make a payment She told me no hold off on paying it it’s still not correct . I found out that I was uninsured for Half a month I have called multiple times and not one person cared to tell me. I have four kids that I am driving around how is that even possible when I’ve called multiple times Then Brandon tells me it’s because I refused to pay. are you kidding me? I have the money and I’ve told them that I would pay. I was just wondering why it’s so high. I never said I couldn’t pay. They told me to wait till the accounts were separated and correct Before I pay Then Megan lies to me and tells me that she never said that Why would somebody make this up? Why would somebody want to go through this? Why would somebody wanna have to look for a new insurance? The last insurance that I was with I had for 10 years Brandon called me on June 16 to tell me that if I do not make a payment that day that I will not be able to have insurance reinstated and I’ve been without insurance for half a month mind you like I said I have four kids that I need to pick up and I was at work They wanted $640 that minute or I was not gonna be able to have insurance but I already was not covered at the moment because they said that I refused to make my payment Megan never asked me to make that payment she told me to wait till the accounts were separated This was Brandon who I spoke with. D I questioned him and asked him about some situations that accrued , then he persists to tell me that I’m not being truthful because I’m telling him two different things. Are you kidding me? You’re really gonna tell me that I’m not being truthful that I’ve called multiple times and talk to Megan and she told me accidentally reverse of what my policy payments would be. She then persist to tell me that it’s my fault because I didn’t talk to just one person that I continue to talk to multiple people and that’s what caused this mess in the first place. I told her that that was absolutely absurd and I couldn’t believe that she would even say that to me I don’t ask who to talk to. They were the ones transferring me. It’s whoever picks up you’re telling me that when I call after hours and it gets transferred to somebody else that it will mess up my account. The bottom line is do not ever go to This branch. the other branches that I have spoken with are super kind friendly and knowledgeable, so I’m not saying anything about the insurance it was definitely the incompetence of the people that I was dealing with I have never left a bad review in my life. I do not regret this one"

"Brandon is not my agent, my daughter was in a fender bender on private property, Brandon called me while I was at work and demanded my insurance information I told him I would have to call him later and he refused, I’m not sure what you think professional is but it’s not this. Do better Brandon! Hey Brandon you don’t decide fault that is the cops job, and no citations were issued so for you to decide fault is wrong!"

"Brent is not my customer. His daughter was in a fender bender with one of my customers. He tried to skirt responsibility and cited a nonexistent law as a way out. He first told my customer he'd handle it then he decided to teach his daughter to not take responsibility for an accident. I'm not sure what you think good parenting is but it's not this. Do better Brent! I did call him and asked him politely for his insurance but he was defensive from the very start. He then said he was at work and hung up the phone. He did call me back and refused to share insurance information and decided to give me a lecture. Upon which let him know I simply helped my customer file a claim and now he can deal with the insurance company directly. I help my customers when they need help. "

"Extremely disappointing experience every time we have to contact them! I’d find somewhere else to work with! Their systems are always messed up or behind and getting a direct answer from them is a joke! And that’s if you can even get ahold of them!"

"Michelle, sorry you feel that way. I show notes we've spoken several times. Yes State Farms systems go down just like every other company. As an independent office we have no control over that or how fast changes get done. Our office policy is to always call back everyone who leaves a voicemail the same day...even if its after hours. Hope we can do better next time though to please you."

"Tried to talk with Keesha in Brandon's office and explain the reason I was calling. She wouldn't stop talking. I told her I could easily find other insurance and she replied, "That's fine. Go get another agent!" She then hung up on me. I took her advice. I am in the process of finding another agent. This office in incompetent! I've had the same experience as another reviewer with voicemail in the middle of the day and unanswered messages. Four months after notifying the Hunt office of my move to Arizona, I still have not received anything more than temporary insurance cards for my vehicles. To be fair, they have responded quickly to my need for insurance cards, but still no long-term cards through the mail. Last month they sent me a text asking for a photo of my new Arizona Driver License. I sent the photo that same day, as requested. A few weeks later, I get cancelation notices for all four of my vehicle policies! That was the reason for my call . . . I would not recommend trying to do business with this agent or his office staff! They just can't seem to get it right. AND if you get Keesha upset at you, you are invited to take your business elsewhere and the conversation will abruptly end."

"About 4 months ago I changed my billing plan from monthly to 6 months. Brandon Hunt told me I was all paid up and everything was squared away. Now, I have gotten a cancellation notice for not paying my monthly bill (which I never got!) because I am sopposedly not on the monthly plan. I called yesterday AM, got the runaround, then was told thast Brandon Hunt or Keisha would call me back that day - never did. first thing this AM I called, left a message, was never returned. 2 hours later called again, got Brandon woh told me that the head office made a mistake and did not comply with my request. He then told me to call back and get Keisha again and that she would help me get caught up with my bill because "she was the one who know what was going on with my case". well, 4 hours and 3 angry phone calls later - I still can't get Keisha on the phone or get her (or Brandon) to return a phone message. Since they obviously do not want my business or my money - I will take it elsewhere. Instead of leaving one star, I would prefer to deduct a star."

"After speaking with you at 934 am today, calling multiple times yesterday, and only getting voicemail several times due to your phone setting not accepting our calls, I mentioned all we had to do is get a payment and you'd be covered since you didn't pay the original premium when it was due at renewal. At this point thought I think its best that you find another insurance company as we are not a good fit for each other and we don't like being treated poorly."

"I am very pleased with the service I received from Brandon Hunt's office manager and State Farm Rep, Keesha. She was extremely helpful from our initial point of contact when I called for a quote. She did not try to up-sell me on any additional, unnecessary services. I told her I wanted the same policy from our previous state with of course any "additions" we needed to comply with in accordance to Utah State Laws. She was quick in getting the quote, patient while I discussed it with my spouse, and extremely responsive with all communication. I am more than happy that we chose Brandon Hunt - State Farm Agency and it's all because of Keesha!"

"Well. Every month insurance went up for 100 dollars. Everytime you call they say they'll call you back but never happens. Also very rude and poor costumer service. They will answer your review if you leave a 5 stars but other than that you'll get no response or it will be a rude one (: Go somewhere else."

"Luis sorry I haven't replied to this Google review yet. To address your comment though, you did not complete the requirements for a discount. After 2 months of insurance and letters and calls from my office reaching out to you to try and remind you to complete it, the discount fell off and we had to backdated the discount. We sent a letter informing you about the one time increases to your monthly payment. Sorry you had a bad experience with the rate, but after looking at the notes in the account I'm not sure we could've done more to try and help you keep the discount."

"We had been with Brandon for over 8 years very poor communication and you can’t even talk to him just his staff. Our price quadrupled. You would think being a loyal long time client you would be treated better. Very disappointed"

"Tera, As a courtesy my office tried to contact you several times about your missed payment. On top of that, we sent letters from my office. On top of that, State Farm Corporate, by law, sent out several notices of non-payment to you. Unfortunately, we never heard back from you on any of the communications. Once a policy goes inactive due to non-payment, the quoting system calculates a new rate. I nor my team have any control over the rate. We did our best to get you the best price given that the vehicles were driven for so many months uninsured. Thanks for being a customer for so long, we really tried to do our best for you and communicate with you as much as possible, especially in instances as urgent as a potential lapse or cancellation of coverage."

"I switched from, American Family, to Brandon Hunt, State Farm and I love them. The price is $30.00 less and I have better coverage for the house, Jeep and Harley. I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Thank you so much!!"

"I have been a long time member of State Farm and have absolutely loved their rates and their service. I recently got married and reached out to Keesha to see about adding my wife in to my plan as well. Not only did Keesha save us money over what my wife had been paying at another insurance company but I got a better rate on my own insurance too! Keesha made the whole process so simple and easy. "Both times I have had contact with Keesha in this office, I have been impressed with her efficiency and knowledge.
