"I had a great experience when I moved my business, but it didn't last. I was lured into their best in state insurance products. The billing became very confusing only months into the new policies (I received both mail for refunds and bills though I had set up the Auto-Pay features). When I attempted to clarify, the front office staff had changed over and the gentleman who helped me blamed State Farm's new billing system. Later the insurance agent, Brandon Hunt called and told me one of the policies I had expected was unexpectedly cancelled. When I asked why I wasn't notified about this before I was told "We weren't notified either." This is dangerous due to the lack of proper/professional communication regarding change in their policies and I would encourage individuals who want to keep state farm to use a different agent if not insurance."
